The school is organised into Key Stage Clusters (Green, Yellow, Orange, Red and Purple) led by a member of the school’s leadership team.

 

Each Key Stage Cluster is led by a senior leader in partnership with an HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) working on day to day issues.

 

Each Key Stage Cluster has three classes, which in turn are led by Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants. The number of staff in each group reflects the learning and care needs of the children in the individual class.
